Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, contributors to Afriwise in Nigeria, have shared their thoughts on a circular issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on 4 July 2019, which permits Deposit Money Banks (DMBs) to offer mobile wallet services to Nigerians without prior approval by the CBN.
